CA K. RAJASEKHAR - founder partner of the firm, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2004. He has worked with corporate in capacity as Finance Head. He has experience in handling manufacturing organizations and 100% E.O.U for over a decade. Having expertise in establishing systems in newly set up companies. Also handled overseas assignment in valuation of a company during the course of takeover process.

With working knowledge in industry, emerged as strong advisor in resolving complex indirect taxation issues by giving the best tax planning strategy to all types of clientele. His strengths include excellent communication and management skills in presenting before any authority. He was past chairman of Bellary Branch of SIRC of ICAI.

CA L SREE NITHYA is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2021. She has done her 1st year of article ship from Bangalore and next 2 years from Bellary. She has been associated to the firm as an article assistant from 2017 and as a Partner from 2021. She has avid exposure in the areas of auditing (Internal, Statutory, tax audits) and taxation (Handling of notices, computation of tax, advisory). She has also obtained Diploma in Information Systems Audit(DISA), a post qualification course offered by the ICAI.
